Located on beautiful Bayou DeSiard, the Delano House is situated on the 91AV campus
between the University House and Strauss Hall.
The Delano House has two separate residential spaces which are fully furnished and
feature one bedroom with one and a half bath.
These two-story apartments provide a perfect and quaint location for faculty and staff
during transitions and as the need for “long term housing” arises.
Leasing
The Delano House can be leased on a monthly or long-term basis by 91AV faculty, staff
or campus organizations.
