Kimberly Mayberry, Siddhartha Dhakal and Terri Honore
participated in the ULS Academic Summit.
听Three University of Louisiana Monroe students participated in the Sixth听Annual University
of Louisiana System's Academic Summit held at Southeastern Louisiana University听in
Hammond March 30-31.
They were social work students听Terri Honore and听Kimberly Mayberry in the听service learning
category听and Siddhartha Dhakal in biology. Also accepted for a poster presentation
was Nicholas Slaughter who was unable to attend the summit.听
听The ULS Academic Summit includes the nine ULS universities. The conference brings
together students to focus on undergraduate research and service-learning. Scholars
present their research, creativity and innovation.听
