The Franklin R. Buchanan Annual Memorial Award for the highest individual score by a University of Louisiana at Monroe student in the NIFA (National Intercollegiate Flying Association) SAFECON competition will be presented today, May 1, to Bryan Hoppen of Bogalusa, LA.
